Zendaya is back in the high sci-fi saga Dune: Part Two with Timothée Chalamet. The new trailer from Warner Bros. shows more about what fans can expect from the upcoming installment.
Dune: Part Two continues the story of Paul Atreides (Chalamet) and his journey with Chani (Zendaya) on a quest to save the universe. According to the description:
Dune: Part Two will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a path of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.
The film also stars Rebecca Ferguson, Christopher Walken, Stehen McKinley Henderson, Dave Bautista, Léa Seydoux, Stellan Skarsgård, Charlotte Rampling, Josh Brolin, Austin Butler, Javier Bardem and Florence Pugh.
Denis Villeneuve directs the next chapter, based on Frank Herbert’s iconic novel. The screenplay is by Villeneuve and Jon Spaihts. The film is produced by Villeneuve, Mary Parent, Cale Boyter, Tanya Lapointe and Patrick McCormick. Spaihts, Herbert W. Gains, Josh Grode, Thomas Tull, Brian Herbert, Byron Merritt and Kim Herbert executive produce with Kevin J. Anderson as creative consultant.
Dune: Part Two comes to theaters Nov. 3.
