*Suge Knight weighed in on #Diddygate during an appearance on News Nation Tuesday, where he alleged that music mogul Sean Combs was a victim of abuse by powerful executives in the industry.

Knight, the former CEO of Death Row Records, claimed that his artists initially only used marijuana but were introduced to harder drugs after signing with other labels, Page Six reports. He accused music executives Clive Davis, Russell Simmons, and Andre Harrell of using alcohol and drugs to manipulate Combs and others like Usher and Justin Bieber.

“Those guys … they introduced cocaine to my artists,” Knight, who is currently serving a 28-year sentence for manslaughter, told host Chris Cuomo in a phone call from prison.

“So once they got on cocaine, once they got on drugs, once they got on alcohol, then that’s when the weird stuff happened. I think that’s what took Puffy [Combs] down that lane,” he added.

Knight went on to claim that Davis, Simmons, and Harrell used “alcohol, drugs” to “compromise” Diddy’s “manhood.”

“[Combs] was taught that. He got Usher as a kid … alcohol, drugs, sex. Justin Bieber — and see they do these things to take control. … You choose to be gay that’s your preference, but they’re doing this to people for control,” Knight said during the interview.

The former industry boss claims Diddy “was taught from people before him, and he did it to the younger people after him.”

According to Knight, the industry employs a particularly abusive practice known as the “egg test” to target its newest members. He described it as follows: “Those guys pull their pants down and bent over. They stick (the egg) up their a–. Their eggs break. They say they’re not ready yet, they ain’t put enough work in. This is Hollywood,” Knight revealed.

“Because this been going on in the industry for a whole bunch of years, for decades and at the same time. You know, nobody wanted to be true, and it shouldn’t have to be true,” he said.

“You know, hurt people hurt people … Someone was sexually abused, they wind up being a perpetrator. Is that what you’re suggesting about Sean Combs, that he was sexually abused, and he now sexually abuses?” Cuomo asked.

“Yeah, I think that’s absolutely right. I think it was done to him,” Knight said.

Last week, Combs was arrested in New York City and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty at a hearing in a Manhattan courtroom but was denied bail and will remain in custody.
