Who’s in Jeezy’s top 5?

Fresh off the release of TM104: The Legend of the Snowman, the Atlanta veteran stopped by Rap-Up where he revealed his 5 favorite rappers, dead or alive.

Jeezy’s legendary list kicked off with Tupac, followed by Juvenile and B-Legit. The late great Notorious B.I.G. rightfully earned his placement, while the last spot went to a legend-in-the-making, Kendrick Lamar. “And if I had to throw somebody new in there, I definitely like Kendrick,” Jeezy said of the Compton MC.

The Snowman also discussed his new album, the final installment in his Thug Motivation series, which features appearances from Meek Mill, Rick Ross, Gunna, Queen Naija, Ty Dolla $ign, and CeeLo Green.

“It’s time to graduate now. We all moving on to bigger and better things,” he said of TM104. “If all those were movies, this would be the documentary. It’s the small details, this is the tedious stuff you didn’t hear about in the first. You just saw the glam and the glitter. You didn’t see the struggle.”
