Here are the top 5 HBCU band halftime shows from Week 2




Because extreme weather conditions can have an adverse impact on those who attend football games this time of year, it’s in the best interest of everyone to take precautionary measures to overcome those conditions.

Several marching bands took such steps to beat the heat this past weekend (Week 2) by dressing down to thrive in the conditions; however, those bands didn’t cut corners with their halftime shows when performing for those who were in attendance.

Here are the top five halftime shows from Week 2

Performed at TDECU Stadium, Houston, Texas

4. Texas Southern (vs. Incarnate Word)
Performed at Gayle and Tom Benson Stadium, San Antonio, Texas

3. Miles College (vs. Fort Valley State)
Performed at Wildcat Stadium, Fort Valley, Georgia

2. Alabama State (vs. Tuskegee)
Performed at New ASU Stadium, Montgomery, Alabama

1. Norfolk State (vs. Virginia State)
Performed at William “Dick” Price Stadium, Norfolk, Virginia
