The prison has an 11-to-1 inmate to guard ratio, and no one is safe.NNPA NEWSWIRE — On Tuesday, January 14, hip-hop superstar Jay-Z sued the head of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and the warden on behalf of 29 prisoners who have complained that officials have done nothing to stop the violence at Parchman.
