There’s a saying that goes something like, “Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, but three times is a habit.”
And in the case of former Grambling State basketball standout Shakyla Hill, the previously mentioned saying would be applicable in describing the highlights of her career so far.
Hill, who made national headlines for accomplishing not one, but two quadruple-doubles as a college basketball player at Grambling State, did it again as a professional Saturday night for ZKK Kraljevo in Serbia.
In an 86-62 win over KZK Partizan 1953, Hill finished the game with a stat line that included 15 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists and 11 steals.

Hill signed a one-year deal with ZKK Kraljevo back in September after not being selected in the 2019 WNBA draft.
During her junior season at Grambling State, Hill made history becoming the fourth player in NCAA Division 1 women’s basketball history to finish a game with a quadruple-double.
As a senior in February 2019, Hill posted a second career quadruple-double in a 77-57 win over UAPB with 21 points, 16 rebounds, 13 assists, and 10 steals.
