Through the Oprah Winfrey Charitable Foundation, the OWN Network boss announced she was donating $12 million to organizations dedicated to helping underserved communities in Chicago, Baltimore; Nashville, Tennessee; Milwaukee; and Kosciusko, Mississippi.
