Kids See Ghosts is getting animated.
In addition to announcing his partnership with Gap, Kanye West is working on a cartoon based on his group and 2018 album with Kid Cudi. The “Kids See Ghosts” show was directed by Takashi Murakami and stars “Kanye Bear” voiced by Ye and “Kid Fox” voiced by Cudi.
In the minute-long preview clip, soundtracked by their song “4th Dimension,” they go on a wild adventure, leading them to a mysterious land. Kanye Bear even sports a special pair of flame-propulsion Yeezys that launch him into the air.
Taking to Twitter, Cudi said he and Ye enjoyed recording the animal noises. “We both got a kick out of it!! He did so good right?? Now the bear has a voice!” he tweeted.
It’s unclear where and when the show will debut. Kanye only tweeted, “Coming soon.”
As part of his #WestDayEver, Kanye also announced several other other projects, including the release of his Jesus Is King film on Apple. He is also planning to release the Dr. Dre version of Jesus Is King, which he teased last year.
