Common has joined the cast of Keke Palmer‘s new thriller Alice. The 26-year-old actress will portray a woman of servitude in 1800s Georgia, who escapes the 55-acre confines of her captor to discover the shocking reality that exists beyond the tree line. The kicker? It is1973.
There’s no word on what role the rapper will play in the film, Johnny Lee Miller is also set to star alongside the two.
