Chi Chi DeVayne has sadly passed away less than a week after being admitted to the hospital, she was 34.
Born Zavion Davenport, the queen posted to social media to let fans know she was back in the hospital just a few days before her passing.
“Keep me in your prayers. I’ll be back soon.”

In July, the infamous Queen from “RuPaul’s Drag Race” was admitted to the hospital with suspected kidney failure but had since been released.
RuPaul released a statement remembering the beloved entertainer.
“I am heartbroken to learn of the passing of Chi Chi DeVayne. I am so grateful that we got to experience her kind and beautiful soul. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten. May her generous and loving spirit shine down on us all.”
