*Dwight Howard shared a video of his young son’s intense workout and now he’s facing backlash for going too hard on the boy.
In the clip posted to Instagram, Howard’s son David is seen crying while working out on an exercise bike. The young boy pleads with his father that he is in pain but Howard orders him to continue training.
“I can’t! I can’t! It’s too hard!” David cries but the NBA star urges his son to “go hard on the last set.”
In the video’s caption, Howard wrote: “I’m just teaching my kids what it means to be resilient, to be determined and to have discipline. Every day is a battle and some battles are going to be harder to win than others, but we have to fight them until we WIN! And if we WIN the day every day we’ll never lose in the end ! We have to finish every mission we begin and follow through. That’s the most important part ! Never say you can’t! Remember Philippians 4:13 … YOU CAN and you will! Just follow through. That’s how you be Great.”

Meanwhile, reality star Royce Reed blasted her ex Dwight as “evil” and for “pretending” to be a father after he posted video of himself training his children.
Reed, who shares a 15-year-old son with Howard, claims he asked her to be the “matriarch” in his “polygamy quest,” RadarOnline.com reports.
“Not someone PRETENDING to be a parent for 1 day out of 365 for the cameras. Don’t make Thursdays turn into Truth Thursday,” Reed posted on social media.
“Y’all fall for it every time,” she said of Howard. “While y’all constantly out here pointing fingers at me, understand there’s a reason why.”
“Fully TRIGGERED because they have no idea what this man is doing to all of us behind closed doors. Think I’m lying, I have videos and texts. I keep everything,” she wrote.
