Eminem Disses Lord Jamar On Stage

Eminem’s beef with Lord Jamar continues.

During his show in Abu Dhabi on Friday, Slim Shady took another shot at the Brand Nubian rapper, marking the latest round in their ongoing feud.

“I had a dream that I was a fucking nobody who sucked at rap,” Em told the crowd at du Arena. “And then I woke up, and you know who I was, Mr. Porter? Lord Jamar.”

According to XXL, Em’s beef with Jamar can be traced back to a 2013 interview with VladTV where he said that he didn’t like Em’s music because he couldn’t relate to it and called him a “guest in the house of hip-hop.”

Em previously took shots at Jamar on “Fall” off his 2018 album Kamikaze. “And far as Lord Jamar, you better leave me the hell alone / Or I’ll show you an Elvis clone,” he raps. “Walk up in this house you own, thrust my pelvic bone / Use your telephone and go fetch me the remote / Put my feet up and just make myself at home / I belong here, clown, don’t tell me ’bout the culture.”

But Jamar was unimpressed by it all. “If he didn’t respond, I win, and if he responds, I win,” he said on his “Yanadameen Godcast.” “Either way, I win, OK? Because you are now doing what the fuck I wanted you to do. I have made you modify your behavior. I got into your psyche. You sat there and had to fucking sit down and try to think of some shit to respond to Lord Jamar’s jabs that you know you could not escape. It was just inescapable.”

In May, 50 Cent also put Jamar on blast for dissing Em. “Lord Jerome better sit his ass down,” he wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post. “I thought you died already N***a. Get the fuck outta here. You ain’t Grand Puba anyway. I’m gonna need a bum ass n***a in one of my shows. I’ll be reaching out shortly.”
