Now her death certificate reveals that she died from a fatal cardiac arrhythmia due to complications of congenital cardiac anomalies. According to TMZ, she had the heart problem since birth, and the resulting irregular heartbeat led to her death.

Lauren’s parents have both shared touching tributes to their baby girl. Fetty got emotional as he mourned his “twin” on Instagram Live. He also dedicated his performance at Rolling Loud Miami to Lauren.

“Hey mini me (My Twin),” he wrote alongside a photo of Lauren. “I love you to the moon and back forever and ever bestfriend.”

Over the weekend, Lauren’s mother announced that her daughter had passed away. “This is my amazing ,beautiful , funny , vibrant, loving ,talented , smart and hardheaded princess mermaid Aquarius,” wrote Lisa, who goes by Turquoise Miami on Instagram. “If you see this post scrolling by with her comment or just say to yourself ‘ i love you LAUREN ‘ because they say that souls can feel your love #rip.”

She also urged her followers to show more compassion towards a grieving Fetty despite their estranged relationship. “It couldn’t hurt Some of y’all to be a little bit more compassionate, you don’t have to kick a man while he’s down,” she said.

Fetty reportedly has six children. His other daughter, Alaiya, underwent a successful emergency brain surgery in January 2019.
