Florida A&M annual Pro Day draws scouts from 30 NFL teams

Florida A&M football hosted its pro day that drew 30 NFL teams and two CFL teams in attendance as ten Rattlers showed off their abilities one last time.

“It was an amazing day, and I’m really excited about the performances from our guys,” said Head Coach Willie Simmons. “We had 30 of 32 NFL teams here today for our players to showcase their abilities and our entire team had the opportunity to see what’s possible if you continue to work hard.”

Those in attendance saw Florida A&M draft-eligible players, including safety Markquese Bell, who is expected to be taken at some point during next month’s NFL Draft. If selected, Bell would be the first Rattler selected since 1998.
