*Keke Wyatt has inked a new record deal with Shanachie Entertainment and with that comes a new album—her first in six years.

“I really feel good about signing with Shanachie!” Wyatt, 40, expressed in a statement, Vibe reports.“I’m excited and finally ready. I feel like this time we will create magic together and make HISTORY!”

Wyatt went on to reveal that fans “can expect some good ole Sanging honey!! I want to give my fans the gift of love, hope and trust with my new music. However, don’t get it twisted because I’m singing about it all. I think everyone will be able to relate to this album.”

Randall Grass, general manager of Shanachie Entertainment, added, “At a time when great singers are in short supply, Keke continually displays what real singing is all about. Her range, power and intensely felt vocals connect with her audiences on the deepest level. We loved working with her before and are very excited to work with her now to make an epic new album.”

KeKe’s forthcoming album does not yet have a release date.

The songstress and her husband Zackariah David Darring welcomed their second child together, a boy, born last May.

“My husband Zackariah & I are grateful to GOD to announce the birth of our miracle baby Boy….Ke’Zyah Jean Darring ? Born May 27, 2022,” the mother of 11 captioned a photo in June 2022 showing her husband cradling the newborn, BET reported.

Wyatt added, “Most of you are familiar with the challenges I faced during this pregnancy. My husband & I made the decision not to accept the Medical Specialist’s suggestion to terminate our baby early despite the positive Trisomy 13 test results.”

Prior to the baby’s birth, Wyatt disclosed that her unborn child had been diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder. The announcement came during an emotional performance at the City Winery on March 13, 2022. She sang, “When the doctors told me that my son Rajjah had Leukemia cancer …I said Hallelujah. And recently I found out the doctor say my baby has Trisomy 13… Hallelujah.”
