Killer Cop Derek Chauvin Faces Up to 40 Years

The George Floyd Justice in Policing Act establishes a Department of Justice task force to coordinate the investigation, prosecution and enforcement efforts of federal, state and local governments in cases related to law enforcement misconduct.

ATLANTA TRIBUNE – In a verdict that took less than a day to render after a three-week trial, the jury found Chauvin guilty of second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter. He now faces a possibility of being sentenced to 40 years in prison at his sentencing hearing in about three weeks.
