The series, akin to Daniels’ previous creation “Empire” on FOX, revolves around the journey of three young women striving for stardom in the music industry while navigating its glittering allure and harsh realities.

“Star” featured a talented cast including Jude Demorest, Brittany O’Grady, Ryan Destiny, Amiyah Scott, Queen Latifah, Miss Lawrence, Luke James, Lance Gross, Benjamin Bratt, Evan Ross, William Levy, and Brandy.
