Lil Baby’s ‘My Turn’ Returns to No. 1 on Billboard 200

Lil Baby is back at No. 1.

Three months since debuting atop the Billboard 200, the Atlanta rapper’s album My Turn jumps from No. 3 to No. 1 on the chart with 65,000 equivalent album units. It marks the album’s second week at No. 1, following its debut atop the chart in March. The album never fell below No. 6 in the 13 weeks between March 21 and June 13.

My Turn earns the smallest sum for a No. 1 album since Billie Eilish’s When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? in June 2019 (62,000 units). It was a quiet week on the charts as no albums debuted inside the top 40.

Baby released a deluxe edition of My Turn on May 1 featuring six additional tracks. On Friday, he dropped his latest song, “The Bigger Picture,” in response to the protests against racial inequality and police brutality in America.

Aside from Lady Gaga’s Chromatica, the top 10 is dominated by hip-hop and R&B releases. Gunna’s former leader WUNNA rises 4-3 with over 39,000 equivalent album units, while Future’s High Off Life moves up one spot to No. 4 with 39,000 units.

Elsewhere, Drake’s Dark Lane Demo Tapes dips 6-5 with 39,000 units and DaBaby’s former chart-topper Blame It on Baby jumps 9-6 (38,500). Polo G’s The Goat remains at No. 7 (37,000) and Post Malone’s former No. 1 Hollywood’s Bleeding reenters the top 10 at No. 8 (36,000).

Rounding out the top 10 is Lil Uzi Vert’s Eternal Atake at No. 9 (35,000) and The Weeknd’s After Hours at No. 10 (35,000).
