North Carolina A&T lands former Pac-12 recruit Will Felton

North Carolina A&T continues to make big additions to its basketball team with Arizona State power forward Will Felton.

Felton was ranked a three-star recruit by Rivals and ESPN receiving numerous college offers from Appalachian State, High Point, UNC Wilmington, Mercer and Miami among others.

He ultimately decided to sign with Arizona State enrolling in June 2021. He did not see any game action this past season for the Sun Devils.

The Raleigh, North Carolina native played prep ball at Millbrook High School where he averaged 19.8 points on 69% shooting from the field, 11.2 rebounds and 1.9 blocks.

Felton then played one season at Hargrave Military Academy in Virginia during the 2020-2021 season. There he recorded 15.6 points and 8.1 rebounds on a team finished with a 31-2 record.

Felton will be a welcome site for a North Carolina A&T team that ranked in the bottom third of the Big South in points allowed and rebounds allowed.

Felton joins a transfer class that also includes former JUCO players Kam Woods and Love Bettis.
