*Offset is president of Michael Jackson‘s fandom and has his original “Thriller” jacket, according to Complex. The fashion line BAPE has a Michael Jackson collection, available on the BAPE website and in stores dropping Oct. 28. Offset‘s latest album, “Set It Off,” he pays homage to the late King of Pop in his music video for the track “Fan,” in which he dons apparel from “Thriller,” “Billie Jean,” and “Smooth Criminal.” The 31-year-old rapper explains his appreciation of MJ’s artistry, “I’ve been working on this project for over two years now. This season is personal for me. It marks a new chapter in my life,” Offset said, describing his album. “I feel like Michael Jackson coming from a successful group breaking records to superstardom on my own. This body of work is healing for me and a letter to my fans and supporters.”

Jessie Woo pleaded with Beyoncé to release the “Renaissance” album visuals rather than peddling her parfum ‘CÉ NOIR.’ Jessie told Queen Bey that she was pleased that B is speaking in bed bug language but her “CÉ wallet is tired; she doesn’t have any CÉ money.” Lissen, Beyoncé rolled up on the BeyHive like Big Boi in “ATL” as if this is her first time seeing y’all in a long time…as if she didn’t have everyone in a chokehold at her concerts this summer. Beyoncé is telling everyone, ‘Baby, those visuals cost money, so get your coins in order and purchase this fragrance so I can supplement the RWT visual project.’ Jessie, be careful she will ‘broke’ you, lol!

Will Smith had a ki-ki discussing Queen Latifah‘s “Ladies First” track on his new podcast “Class of ’88.” Queen said she wanted to do something different from the current female MCs of that era and to unify the women who were beefing with one another on wax.

For ten years, six sisters endured homelessness after their parents, David and Yonette Lawrence, lost their home in Queens, New York, according to People. Their father encouraged them to pursue their education despite their situation. In 2019, all Lawrence sisters earned their GEDS and enrolled in the Nassau Community College in Long Island, graduating with bachelor’s degrees in public health in May. In August, the young women started a master’s program in public health at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and will further their education in nursing school. “I’m so happy they’ve done this together,” said their loving father, David. “I always tell them, ‘Life’s not fair. And when it throws you a curveball, you gotta adjust to it and keep going.’”
