President Biden picks Jackson State as NCAA Tournament bracket buster

Jackson State might be underdogs going into its matchup against LSU in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, but the Tigers have one prominent believer they can pull off the upset.

President Joe Biden picked JSU to knock off LSU on Saturday in his women’s tournament bracket.

Jackson State heads into the Round of 64 riding a nation’s best 21-game winning streak led by SWAC Player of the Year Ameshya Williams-Holiday and SWAC Coach of the Year Tomekia Reed.

“Joe knows. Joe knows,” said Reed. “Yeah, I saw that, and I’m just ecstatic. That’s more national attention for our program, and obviously, I love that respect level. I mean, really? That’s huge. I’m very appreciative of that.”
