*On Sunday, August 27th, the Sixth Annual International Women of Power Luncheon was held at the Sheraton Grand in Downtown Los Angeles. The event spotlighted remarkable women and celebrated their exceptional contributions to various fields.

Organized by Ghanaian-American media executive Koshie Mills, founder and executive producer of Heirs Of Afrika, the luncheon gathered an impressive array of global Black women who are change agents and thought leaders in entertainment, fashion, beauty, film, and business.

Koshie Mills, the driving force behind the event, expressed her excitement for creating a space where sisters from around the world could come together to celebrate their excellence and glory. The event echoed the African Renaissance, connecting the Diaspora in an authentic and empowering manner.

“We have all these wonderful honorees who are just shaking up the world. They shape it, they’re brilliant, they’re dynamic, and they’re good representations. So I’m excited for everything; we have a great program for today,” said Koshie Mills.
