Ultimate HBCU Football Poll: A few weeks of thrills and upsets provides a new leader at the top

With a few weeks of football under the belt for some programs, the first edition of the regular season HBCU Sports Ultimate Football Poll features some changes at the top thanks to a few upsets and unexpected performances.
