Tyler Perry will make his Netflix debut in January with A Fall From Grace, the story of a woman whose world is shattered by secrets, starring Crystal Fox, Bresha Webb, Phylicia Rashad, Mechad Brooks, Cicely Tyson and more. Perry, who also stars in the film, teased the upcoming thriller on social media this week. Watch.
Looks juicy! But what’s even more exciting and admirable? The film will mark Fox’s, famously known as Hanna from The Haves And The Have Nots, first time playing a lead role in a movie.
When we say Tyler takes care of his folks, that’s an understatement. Along with making waves at the grand opening of his studios, 2019 has been a banner year for the New Orleans native, signing a massive deal with Viacom to produce and create original programming for the company’s various networks, including Sistas and The Oval. Up next? A reported live-action series on Nickelodeon with 10-year-old rapper Young Dylan.
