NNPA NEWSWIRE — The sweeping $1.9 trillion rescue package could include direct payments of as much as $5,600 for families of four. The legislation provides direct payments worth up to $1,400 per person. The full amount would go to individuals earning less than $75,000 a year and married couples earning less than $150,000.
