With just 26 days until the presidential election, YG once again takes aim at Donald Trump in the video for “Jealous.”
The parody clip opens with a look-alike of the President of the United States playing the piano. In later scenes, he is surrounded by twerking women in the Oval Office while “I Don’t Pay Taxes” flashes on screen. Covered in orange face makeup, the Trump impersonator raps YG’s lyrics in front of Air Force One and swims in a pile of money while wearing a red cap.
YG has remained an outspoken critic of the President, who inspired 2016’s “FDT” with Nipsey Hussle. In a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times, he reflected on police brutality and the upcoming election.
“[Black people] were getting killed by the police before Trump, after Trump,” said YG. “All the shit that matters to me in life is gonna happen regardless of who the person is. That’s just how it is in America.”
“Jealous” can be found on YG’s latest album My Life 4Hunnid. The project also features appearances from Chris Brown, Tyga, Ty Dolla $ign, and Gunna. Last week, he dropped a video for his Lil Wayne collaboration “Blood Walk.”
